The CHS School Vaccination clinic will be held at CHS on 03/29/2023 at 10:45 AM and Alternative Ed 3/31/23 at 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM for the students that are at Career Tech on the CHS date.
Upcoming Seniors are required to have a second dose of meningococcal vaccine/Meningitis vaccine (MenACWY) before the 23-24 school year starts. All documentation of the vaccine should be given to the guidance office. The only exemption for this vaccine is to fill out a Religious Exemption form that needs to be submitted to the guidance office as well.
If you do not receive a vaccine from this school clinic, you will need to make an appointment with your regular provider to receive it, or go to a pharmacy that does vaccines to get the vaccine.
