ATTN: Seniors and Parents of Seniors
We will be having a special guest from SWVA Works, Wed. March 27th, who will be coming to speak to our seniors, who are planning on attending MECC or a Technical School of some kind or who may not be sure about what they want to do after graduation or who would like to go straight into the workforce. Her program offers everything from basic career services (completing resumes, job applications, career exploration to helping with mileage reimbursement, tuition assistance, supplies for training ie., scrubs, work boots, welding helmets, tools, etc. to paid summer work experiences. Robyn will be meeting with seniors on this day and we are also inviting parents/guardians, who may have questions, to come and meet with her at 2:00 on this day as well.
